Architectural Control: Application and Guidelines

Please note that Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval is needed for all exterior repair and maintenance activities; see references in the NMC Covenants and ACC Guidelines. Be sure to consult the ACC Guidelines or check with the ACC committee (acc@newmarkcommons.net) before you proceed with your work to determine if ACC approval is required.

2. How do I submit my Architectural Control Application?
Use the Architectural Control Application Form for External Modifications; there are two ways to apply:
– Submit your ACC application online, or
– Print or email the fillable pdf ACC application form (see help below**).

To submit your application online:
– Click on the link above.
– Log in to the Abaris/NMC Vantaca portal.
– Click the ACC Request button (you may have to go to your dashboard to find it).
– Click the ARC button.
– Fill out the ACC application (PDF) and save it on your computer.
– Upload the saved application and any supporting documents and Click Submit Form.

3. How do I contact the ACC?
Architectural Control Committee: Chris Holdsworth and Rita Molyneaux, Co-Chairs; Tim Petros, Board Liaison. Other members: John Tran, Susan Knowles, and Amanda Mita. Newsletter Advertising Form

New Mark News (newsletter) Advertisers

The New Mark News is published by the Communications Committee and the NMC Board of Directors.

Hard copy editions, distributed to the 384 homes within the community, are published four times per year in March, May, September, and December.

Electronic versions, distributed by email to approximately 500 individual residents who have opted in, are published for the remaining months.

Advertising rates, 2025

Electronic edition
     $20 per issue
     $50 for three consecutive months

Printed edition
     $40 full-page ad
     $30 half-page ad
     $20 quarter-page ad
     $15 additional for full page on back page

All issues: Small listings for public services or sale of used goods (classifieds) are free to residents and $5 for all others.
Youth service listings (age 18 and younger) are free to residents and $5 for all others.

Submit advertisement text and artwork to the NMC Communications Committee, newmarknews@newmarkcommons.net. Ads purchased for hard copy editions must be sized properly. No editing, formatting, or changes to layout will be performed by New Mark Commons staff.

Submit ad payment to the administrator ONLY by check payable to New Mark Commons and noted for “Newsletter Advertising.” Mail or deliver payments to:
