NEW MARK COMMONS POOL 2026 HOURS OF OPERATION

1. The pool will be open from Saturday, May 23, through Monday, September 7.

2. The pool will be open seven days a week, including holidays. NMC swim team meets, or events held at the NMC pool, will impact opening and closing time. Dates and times will be posted.

Pool Breaks and Guest Passes

• Pool Breaks: To meet a Fair Housing Act requirement, the NMC Pool will not have an age discriminatory break every hour with all children ordered out of the water. Ice cream sales will be limited to this 15-minute period.
• Guest Passes and Fees: All NMC homeowners registered in MemberSplash will receive 10 guest passes (at no cost) for use during the pool season. You MUST be registered in MemberSplash to receive the passes. Guest fees are $3 per guest any day of the week. A 10-use guest pass can be purchased for $30.
