During townhome parking lot construction, parking on New Mark Esplanade (NME) will be permitted on one side of the street only.
Parking will be permitted on the lake side of NME, which is the left side when entering the neighborhood from the totem entrance on Maryland Ave.
- Do not park where the “No Parking Any Time” signs are posted.
- It is OK to park on the lake side of NME. The “No parking 7 AM – 7 PM” parking signs will be covered to show that parking is permitted.
This City-approved street parking is an additional alternative to parking options outlined in the previous message. Parking lot repaving begins October 15.
