As a courtesy to other community residents, members and guests who drive to the pool are requested to park in the clubhouse lot, not along New Mark Esplanade or Tegner Way.
The speed limit in the parking area is 10 MILES PER HOUR. Vehicles need to have current registration and be operable. NMC has authority to tow vehicles if parked other than in appropriate spaces. For full guidelines, see Administrative/ Governing Documents/Parking Regulations on the website.
Use of the Clubhouse service road and parking area is prohibited except with permission.
Bicycles should be left at the bicycle rack and not on the sidewalk.
The cost of any property damage shall be charged to the member responsible or, if a guest is responsible, shall be charged to the sponsoring member.
No pets shall be permitted in the pool area, Clubhouse, basketball court or tennis courts.
