About Abaris, Our Management Company

 

On October 1, 2017, Abaris Realty Inc. became the property manager for New Mark Commons, when Jim Denny retired as our administrator. This ended 50 years of New Mark being a self-administered HOA (one of the last of its type in Montgomery county if not the entire region.)  Abaris brings to New Mark over 40 years of experience and expertise, as well as a much larger team of skilled people who will usher New Mark into its second half century.

The phone number to Abaris’ main office is staffed 24/7. Whenever you call the office you will always reach a live person, even when you call for after-hours emergencies. Abaris’ offices are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In case of any after-hours emergencies, the property manager can be reached 24 hours a day by the office answering service.

BILLING & PAYING YOUR HOA FEES

Assessments can be paid by automatic debit, online via e-check or debit/credit card, or by mail. This section provides more information on each. For further questions or support, please contact Abaris Realty’s Billing Department at 301-468-8919 or billingdept@abarisrealty.com.

You will be mailed a semi-annual HOA fee billing statement. Please note, we do not use coupon booklets. The first billing statements for your semi-annual HOA fees will be mailed out in the middle of January and the second statement will be mailed out mid-May. The next billing statement you receive from us will reflect any past due balance as provided to us from prior management. If for any reason you suspect there is a problem with your statement, please contact our Accounts Receivables Department for assistance via email at billingdept@abarisrealty.com.

Please place your checks, made payable to New Mark Commons Homes Association, Inc., along with the returnable portion of the invoice in the envelope provided.

Abaris provides an automatic Debit/Online Billing/E-Payment service free of charge through ClickPay.
