7:00 p.m. Thursday December 7, 2017, NMC Clubhouse, 607 Tegner Way – The December 2017 NMC Board of Director’s meeting will address many issues, but the highlight issue will be the planned final vote on the 2018 NMC Budget and Dues/Assessment increase. The Agenda for this meeting is available for viewing in the Resident Area of the NMC website under Meeting Minutes, Agendas and Other Reports. The Budget & Dues breakdown was included in the October 2017 electronic newsletter, hand delivered to residents in November3-5 2017 and was again provided to residents along with an explanation the November 2017 New Mark News newsletter that was also hand delivered to residents. Residents should submit questions, concerns and opinions about the budget and dues in advance of the meeting to the Board at board@newmarkcommons.net.
