The NMC Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday evening, October 18, to further refine the draft 2018 budget. Discussion will include projections of and priorities for 2018 NMC expenditures, and the revenue resources necessary to fund them.
The Board hopes to finalize the proposed budget at the November 2 Board meeting, so that residents can be informed of it in advance of the planned Board approval of the 2018 budget and assessments at the December monthly meeting.
This meeting is open to members of the NMC community; limited time will be allocated for community comment. Residents are encouraged to send questions or suggestions about the 2018 budget or the worksession to the Board at board@newmarkcommons.net.
