The agenda for the September 7 NMC Board meeting is now posted in the Resident Area of the website.
The Board meeting will begin with the Community Forum at 7:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse.*
Of particular interest this month will be reports and actions on NMC Management Succession, including:
- Final Report from the Search Committee.
- Report on Management Company Interviews conducted in closed session on August 28, 2017.
- Discussion on management succession and reference checks.
- Resolution and Vote on Management Succession
Residents can speak during the monthly Board meeting community forum that begins at 7:30 p.m. Please note that preference is given to speakers who provide advance notice. To provide notice, email board@newmarkcommons.net.

* Note that this month the Clubhouse will be open beginning at 6:30 p.m., so that residents who missed the 50th Anniversary display on Labor Day can have an additional chance to see it.
