The February 25 NMC International Dinner revives a winter tradition in which NMC residents gather for an elegant evening; neighbors share diverse family and ethnic cuisines prepared by them in their own kitchens.

The Dinner is a very special event at a time of the year when not much is happening. It gets us all out for an elegant evening that allows us to showcase our own culinary skills and all the diverse traditions represented in NMC.
We provide a variety of beverages, bread, and salad. We’ll decorate the Clubhouse in an elegant and festive style, including round tables with tablecloths and formal table settings. After a short happy hour with appetizers, the buffet dinner consisting of a wide variety of dishes is served.
Attendees contribute a nominal sum of $10 per person. Every person brings an appetizer, main course, or dessert–enough to serve a generous portion to about a dozen adults.
The NMC Board subsidizes the event as an NMC social activity. Seating is very limited, with room for only 72 adults.
